The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Commercial Maintenance Plumber - York - MOJ - Call for salary. There will be a need to work weekends but this would be on a 1 in 3 week rota basis (and with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary). The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week (across 7 days where a weekend shift pattern is in place).
What you will do:
- Routine and non-routine maintenance.
- Mains water supply repairs.
- Fault finding.
- Identification of life expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.
- Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
What you will bring:
- Full driving licence.
- Experience in a commercial environment is desirable.
- Experience in operating light plant.
- NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating is preferred (we may consider NVQ level 2).
- Legionella Control (L8) is desirable.
- Prison Security Clearance will be required.
