The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Commercial Maintenance Plumber - York - MOJ - Call for salary. There will be a need to work weekends but this would be on a 1 in 3 week rota basis (and with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary). The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week (across 7 days where a weekend shift pattern is in place).

What you will do:

  • Routine and non-routine maintenance.
  • Mains water supply repairs.
  • Fault finding.
  • Identification of life expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.
  • Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.

What you will bring:

  • Full driving licence.
  • Experience in a commercial environment is desirable.
  • Experience in operating light plant.
  • NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating is preferred (we may consider NVQ level 2).
  • Legionella Control (L8) is desirable.
  • Prison Security Clearance will be required.
