Quantity Surveyor – Facilities ManagementLocation: Warrington (Hybrid working available)Contract: PermanentSalary: £40,000-£60,000 per annum + car / car allowancebenefits (DOE)About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Facilities Management team based in Warrington. The role will provide commercial and cost management support across a diverse FM portfolio, including planned and reactive maintenance, lifecycle works, and refurbishment projects.You will play a key role in ensuring contracts are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and within budget, working closely with operational teams, clients, and supply chain partners.Key Responsibilities Manage all commercial aspects of FM contracts and associated worksPrepare cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial reportsAdminister contracts (NEC/JCT), including variations, valuations, and final accountsSupport procurement activities, including tendering and subcontractor negotiationsIdentify commercial risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with contractual, financial, and company proceduresAttend site visits and meetings as required to validate works and costsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholdersAbout You Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similarProven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, ideally within Facilities Management, maintenance, or M&E environmentsStrong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contractsExcellent commercial awareness and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple work streams and priorities effectivelyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsRICS accreditation or working towards chartership (desirable)What We Offer Competitive salary depending on experienceCompany car or car allowancePension scheme and annual leave entitlementHybrid working optionsOngoing professional development and training supportOpportunity to work on long-term, stable FM contractsIf you are interested please contact John Baker or Kat Oxlade— Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
