We are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Nurse Case Manager to join a growing international medical assistance team based in North London. This is a fast-paced role managing a varied caseload, from non-urgent outpatient reviews through to emergency medical evacuations, supporting clients globally.
The Role
- Day-to-day medical case management
- Reviewing medical reports and providing expert clinical opinion
- Contacting international medical professionals for updates
- Conducting telephonic patient assessments
- Liaising closely with operational teams to coordinate care
- Escalating and prioritising cases appropriately
Skills/Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (NMC)
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience
- Critical care / ICU / ED background desirable
- Strong report writing and critical thinking skills
- Confident decision-maker
- Able to manage and prioritise own caseload
- Clear and professional communication style
- Additional languages (French or German) advantageous
