If you’re a hands‑on fitter who likes being out and about instead of stuck in a workshop, this one’s worth a look. You’ll be keeping big construction kit running across the Southwest – proper plant, proper variety, no boring days.
What you’ll be doing
- Servicing, maintenance and repairs on large construction plant
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Mix of routine work + emergency breakdowns
- Working solo day-to-day with support when you need it
What you need
- Experience working on plant / heavy construction machinery
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance (preferred, not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card (site work)
