Hard FM Contract Manager – Chelsea and Sutton – Hard FM – £67k plus EV car/allowance

You will be responsible for the Hard Services delivery across two sites in Chelsea and Sutton for a client that is a world leader in research, drug discovery, genetics and radiotherapy.
The sites consist of laboratories, clean rooms, offices and plant rooms with autoclaves, medical gas and fume cupboards also present. There are 20 staff including supervisors, engineers and administration support, that carry out reactive and planned maintenance as well as all electrical testing across the two sites.
Managing a fixed P&L of £2.5m a year and nearly £1m variable, you will be electrically biased and preferable have experience of working in a similar pharmaceutical, cleanroom, healthcare, critical background.
The contract is 9 years old and was successfully retendered last year for another 3+2.
