FM Lifecycle Project Manager – PFI Healthcare – Birmingham £60k – £65k
You will have responsibility for overseeing multiple lifecycle replacement projects and variations works across a large acute hospital in Birmingham.
You will have an in depth knowledge of the RIBA stages of work along with CDM regulations and you will manage projects from inception through to delivery. Typical M&E projects will be BMS, Lighting, fire alarms, boiler, AHU’s and typical Building Fabric projects could be flooring, ceiling, doors, windows FF&E.
With 12 in the project team, last years spend on lifecycle was approximately £16m.
You will have experience of the design and tender processes as well as project delivery.
Consultancy experience would also be useful.
