Fusion People are seeking an Assistant Estates Manager to support NHS premises in Birmingham. The role operates on a 4 days on / 4 days off pattern (days and nights) with a salary of £44,000–£50,000 plus a 22% shift allowance. It is primarily site-based with 80% office and 20% on tools.
The successful candidate will manage workloads, oversee PPMs, respond to reactive works, and ensure SLAs are met while covering sickness and annual leave and handling escalations. DBS check is essential.
