You will have responsibility for overseeing multiple lifecycle replacement projects and variations works across a large acute hospital in Birmingham.
Responsibilities
- You will have an in depth knowledge of the RIBA stages of work along with CDM regulations and you will manage projects from inception through to delivery.
- BMS, Lighting, fire alarms, boiler, AHU’s Building Fabric projects: flooring, ceiling, doors, windows FF&E.
- With 12 in the project team, last year's spend on lifecycle was approximately £16m.
Qualifications
- You will have experience of the design and tender processes as well as project delivery.
- Consultancy experience would also be useful.
