We have an opportunity for three experienced and qualified Electrical maintenance engineers to carry out reactive and planned maintenance across a large University campus in Coventry.
Working directly for one of the top ten most respected Russell Group universities, you will carry out maintenance on the following systems:
- Power supplies
- Emergency lighting
- Lighting and lighting control
- Alarm systems
- Motors
- BMS
- Portable appliances
You will also ensure compliance with statutory testing including:
- Periodic testing
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm testing
- PAT testing
You will have your C&G part 1 and 2, 18th Edition and preferably C&G 2391 and IOSH and a demonstrable background in commercial facilities maintenance.
