Based at a PFI hospital site in Chelmsford, you will manage multiple Mechanical, Electrical and building fabric projects across the hospital. Typical projects include:
- Water tank, booster and cold water upgrades
- Calorifier upgrades
- Fire door replacements
- LED upgrades
- Flooring and redecorating
You will know CDM, the RIBA stages of work, understand compliance, H&S, have an understanding of HTMs and know how to run a project. Approximately Β£6m of spend this year and the same for the next 5 years.
