We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of projects across Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical, and Refurbishment works, ensuring successful commercial delivery from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial management of projects across FM, M&E, and refurbishment sectors
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiations
- Administer and manage NEC and JCT contracts with confidence
- Ensure projects are delivered to budget, programme, and quality standards
- Provide commercial leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You:
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of NEC or JCT contract forms
- Previous experience within Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical, or Refurbishment projects
- Excellent negotiation, financial, and analytical skills
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent), RICS accreditation desirable
