We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of projects across Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical, and Refurbishment works, ensuring successful commercial delivery from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial management of projects across FM, M&E, and refurbishment sectors
  • Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiations
  • Administer and manage NEC and JCT contracts with confidence
  • Ensure projects are delivered to budget, programme, and quality standards
  • Provide commercial leadership and mentorship to junior team members
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You:

  • Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in a senior role
  • Strong knowledge of NEC or JCT contract forms
  • Previous experience within Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical, or Refurbishment projects
  • Excellent negotiation, financial, and analytical skills
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent), RICS accreditation desirable
