Duties:
- Responsible for conducting audits of Corporate Policies & Procedures documentation and document all positive and negative information discovered.
- Ensure each operating unit/function operates within the policies, procedures and regulations set forth by the business programme.
- Establish, maintain and improve the operation of an efficient and compliant management systems framework.
- Actively participate with the compliance management team, sharing knowledge, best practice and work towards a standardised approach.
- Prepare electronic reports of the results of the audits and present the results to management, making recommendations as to what must be done to become compliant.
- Provide Senior Quality Manager with accurate and timely monthly operational reports on all activities.
- Manage risk reviews ensuring the accurate identification and evaluation of risks and controls.
- Enforce any new or updated best practices, legal regulations & customer requirements that have been established.
- Support the Senior Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and external business standards.
- Provide operational support for the business programme so that business management risks are identified, assessed and mitigated.
- Ensure that processes and solutions delivered through the programme are adopted and audited to check against compliance.
Requirements for the Role:
- Proven track record in the provision of practical operational Quality solutions.
- Experience with the implementation and management of integrated management systems.
- Broad experience and expertise with Quality Standards.
- Broad experience in Management Systems Standards.
- Evidence of practical audit/inspection experience.
- Member of the Institute of Quality Assurance.
- Good all round communication skills with employees, directors and clients.
- Able to apply Quality knowledge in a way that delivers practical operational solutions.
- Strong drive and resilience.
