We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities and personnel
- Ensure health & safety regulations are followed at all times
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Monitor project progress against programme and report updates
- Ensure work is completed to specification and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks
- Resolve site issues and manage snagging works
- Maintain accurate site records and reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and processes
- Good understanding of health & safety legislation
- Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Qualifications (Preferred):
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS Card (Manager level)
- First Aid (preferred)
