Specialist client requires IT Support Analysts to support the EMEA IT Director in managing their Desktop infrastructure across EMEA. You will be responsible for:

  • 1st and 2nd Line Incident management using Freshdesk call logging software
  • Providing problem management and support for all IT Infrastructure, including desktop, laptop, and mobile/fixed telephony
  • Patching, rebuilds, and fault finding on Windows 11 machines, ensuring SLAs are achieved and processes are followed to provide effective customer service
  • Identifying risks and testing new/changed services, firmware, and application upgrades
  • Transitioning new services to operational support

Experience in Incident, Change, and Problem management is ideal but not essential.
