An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing environment in Stoke-on-Trent, supporting operations.

The Role:

Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the electrical team and ensure the smooth delivery of electrical fit-out and assembly work on commercial trailers and associated products. This is a hands-on supervisory role within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the electrical installation team on a daily basis
  • Oversee wiring, fitting, and testing of electrical systems on trailers
  • Ensure all work is completed to required specifications and quality standards
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
  • Allocate workload and support production planning where required
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety across the department
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
