We're looking for a proactive Regional Resourcing Coordinator to keep our operated plant hire running smoothly. If you're organised, people focused, and thrive in a fast paced environment, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate operator hires across your region
- Complete compliance checks including tickets, right-to-work, and medicals
- Manage Rail Resource
- Work with internal teams to keep jobs moving
- Build strong operator relationships and handle daily check-ins
- Maintain accurate records and support payroll/invoicing
What You Bring:
- Experience in resourcing, scheduling, recruitment, or coordination
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident with admin and IT
- A calm, solutions-focused approach
