Shuttering carpenter Contract role Start date: 06/01/2024 Location – Birmingham We are seeking a team of 6 dedicated and experienced shuttering carpenters to join our team and work on a busy commercial project Shuttering Carpenter Benefits: Competitive hourly rates of £24per hour (CIS)- equivalent to £21 per hour PAYE direct 3 months contract duration 9.5 hours work days – 30 min break deducted Consideration for future local work with a busy client Shuttering Carpenter the role: Reading Blueprints: Interpreting construction drawings to create accurate formwork. Measuring and Cutting: Precisely measuring and cutting materials (wood, metal, or plastic) to build formwork. Assembling Formwork: Constructing and securing the shuttering structures to hold wet concrete. Ensuring Stability: Reinforcing the shuttering to ensure it can withstand the weight of the poured concrete.
