Senior Site Manager Benefits:- Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 Car Allowance or Company Car Annual Leave: 25 Days + Bank Holidays Pension SchemeSenior Site Manager Role:- The Senior Site Manager will be working on a £23MIL School Refurbishment scheme in Coventry reporting to the Project Lead. Senior Site Manager Responsibilities:- Reporting to the Project Lead Will have direct responsibility for the site team, for example Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Labour and Contingent Worker Managers, in a line manager capacity Will be accountable for the delivery of works on site, liaising with all functions, including commercial, design, services, planning and safety to achieve a positive outcome. Ensure that the allocated project is completed in an effective, economic manner, to a high quality standard in compliance with the Company Procedures Maintain a positive client interface and build strong relationships to supports the business’ strategy to secure repeat business. Take full responsibility for the delivery of the project on site, allowing the Project Lead to undertake their role without unnecessary distractions. Take full responsibility for the Project Lead when on leave or unavailable.
