A Senior Project Manager is required to work across 4 operational hospital sites in the West Midlands. You will manage 3 site managers and a project coordinator, delivering the trust’s capital plan (£6-9m a year).
Working through various projects – energy, new installation, lifecycle, refurbishment, maintenance replacement – you will be responsible for your own P&L. Other tasks will include:
- Design phases
- Managing processes
- Contract management
- Finance
- Invoices
- Debts managed
- Contracts created and executed
- Assessing risks
- Pricing works
- Managing compensation events
You will manage a team, so previous experience is a must. You must have a technical background. Healthcare experience is a must as well as having an HNC.
