Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol city centre office. This is a full 360 recruitment role, giving you ownership of the entire recruitment process - from business development to candidate placement. You will play a key part in supporting clients across your chosen sector.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
- Conducting interviews, screening and registering applicants
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Arranging and coordinating interviews
- Building strong talent pipelines within your specialist market
What we’re looking for:
- Background in recruitment within any of the following sectors - built environment, construction, M&E, engineering, trades & labour
- Resourceful, proactive and target-driven mindset
- Adaptable and resilient approach
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Motivated by career progression and earning potential
