We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Press Brake Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Stoke-on-Trent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal components
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure all work is completed to high quality standards and within set tolerances
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic machine checks
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating press brake machines
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of materials and tooling
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
