MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor\\n\\nLocation: London\\nType: Full-time / Permanent\\nSalary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Benefits\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nWe are seeking an experienced MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and cost aspects of large MEP projects or major work packages. This role is critical in ensuring financial control, risk management, and successful project delivery.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nPrepare and manage cost plans, valuations, and change control processes.\\n\\nAssess subcontractor applications and variations.\\n\\nSupport procurement activities and contract administration.\\n\\nProvide financial reporting and forecasting to the Commercial Manager.\\n\\nManage risk and lead value engineering exercises.\\n\\nMentor and support junior QS team members.\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nYou are a commercially focused MEP professional with strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices. You have proven experience managing complex projects, excellent analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to guide and develop junior team members.\\n\\nQualifications & Experience\\n\\nExtensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP or building services projects.\\n\\nStrong understanding of contract administration, cost control, and commercial management.\\n\\nExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.\\n\\nProficiency with QS software and commercial management tools.\\n\\nWhy Join Us?\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to take a senior commercial role within a dynamic MEP team, contributing directly to high-value projects.
