MEP Quality Lead Location: London Type: Full-time / Permanent Salary: Β£65,000 β Β£80,000 + Benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced MEP Quality Lead to ensure all MEP works are executed to the highest standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on maintaining and continuously improving quality assurance processes across projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement MEP quality management systems and procedures. Lead quality audits, inspections, and test planning across all projects. Coordinate commissioning, testing, and certification activities. Manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Interface with design and delivery teams to verify compliance with standards. Provide quality training and awareness to project teams. Prepare quality performance reports and present KPIs to management. About You You are a detail-focused and proactive MEP professional with extensive experience in quality management. You have a proven ability to implement quality systems, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement across multidisciplinary project teams.
