MEP Commercial Manager Location: London Type: Full-time / Permanent Salary: £85,000 – £95,000 + Benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of multiple MEP projects. This key role ensures financial performance, contract compliance, and effective risk mitigation across all projects. Key Responsibilities Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of MEP packages. Manage a team of quantity surveyors and commercial support staff. Develop project budgets, forecasts, and cashflow reports. Lead subcontract procurement and negotiation processes. Manage change control, variations, and claims efficiently. Report commercial performance to senior management and clients. Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and governance standards. About You You are a commercially astute MEP professional with extensive experience in contract and financial management. You have strong leadership and negotiation skills, a proven ability to manage multiple projects, and a focus on risk mitigation and performance excellence. Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience in commercial management of MEP or building services projects. Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and financial controls.
