Job Title: M&E Project Managers (Electrical or Mechanical Bias) Location: London and South East Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + Package Contract: Permanent Company Overview: Our Client provide refurbishment, maintenance, and fit-out mechanical and electrical services across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare. Our services encompass design and build, project management, on-site management, commissioning, and maintenance. With a focus on clear communication and an open attitude, we foster strong, non-contractual relationships with our clients, primarily based in London and the South East. Role Overview: We are seeking experienced M&E Project Managers, with either electrical or mechanical bias, to manage projects valued between £2M and £5M. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects while maintaining financial control and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive and adaptable management. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of M&E projects, from inception to completion. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports. Design and Build: Coordinate design and build activities, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards. Manage design processes to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery. On-Site Management: Supervise on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
