Commercial Maintenance Plumber – Long Lartin near Evesham
Standard hours are 39 hours per week across 7 days on a rota basis. Weekend shifts may be required and an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary will be paid.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (NVQ Level 2 may be considered)
- Legionella Control (L8) ideally
- Commercial environment experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Prison Security Clearance required
Responsibilities:
- Routine and non‑routine maintenance
- Fault finding, identification of life‑expired equipment
- Check, repair and make good faults and life‑expired equipment
- Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment
- Mains water supply repairs
- Minimise wastage and continually improve processes
- Ensure statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant
- Work at height and in all weather conditions where required
