Commercial Maintenance Plumber – Long Lartin near Evesham

Standard hours are 39 hours per week across 7 days on a rota basis. Weekend shifts may be required and an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary will be paid.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (NVQ Level 2 may be considered)
  • Legionella Control (L8) ideally
  • Commercial environment experience preferred (not mandatory)
  • Prison Security Clearance required

Responsibilities:

  • Routine and non‑routine maintenance
  • Fault finding, identification of life‑expired equipment
  • Check, repair and make good faults and life‑expired equipment
  • Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment
  • Mains water supply repairs
  • Minimise wastage and continually improve processes
  • Ensure statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant
  • Work at height and in all weather conditions where required
