What will you deliver?
- Supervise water management systems, internal fabric team and specialist contractors.
- Manage planned maintenance tasks from allocation to completion.
- Plan and oversee work schedules ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Allocate work promptly to meet client satisfaction and performance targets.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with policies.
- Maintain accurate work records and manage material orders.
- Liaise with clients and resolve any issues.
- Complete risk assessments and operate maintenance data systems.
- Support emergency response and participate in on call rota.
- Assist with staff training, investigations, and cover for colleagues as needed.
