Location: North London HS2 Project (4 days office/site 1 day home)
Rate: £450-£550 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract: Freelance / Contract
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Commercial management of groundworks and heavy civils packages
- Preparation and management of cost forecasts, budgets, and CVRs
- Pricing & Take offs from drawings
- Valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts
- Supporting commercial reporting to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale civils or infrastructure projects
- Strong background in groundworks, earthworks, drainage, or heavy civils
- NEC or JCT contract experience essential
- Strong humanship with the right principles & ethics
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment
