Join a leading international construction business delivering some of the UK's most complex and high-profile projects. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline across London, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Package Manager to join the team and support the delivery of major Mechanical & Electrical packages across large-scale developments.

This role will play a key part in managing package delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring programme, quality, safety and commercial objectives are achieved.

The Role

Reporting into the Project Lead / Senior M&E Leadership team, you will take ownership of specific M&E packages whilst coordinating with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Mechanical & Electrical packages through all phases of project delivery
  • Supporting package activities from design coordination through installation, commissioning and handover
  • Managing M&E subcontractors and specialist supply chain partners
  • Driving programme milestones and ensuring package delivery targets are achieved
  • Monitoring quality, safety and compliance across package works
  • Coordinating technical information, design reviews and procurement activities
  • Managing interfaces between M&E works and wider construction activities
  • Supporting project reporting, programme tracking and risk management processes
  • Overseeing testing, commissioning and handover activities
  • Working closely with Project Leads, Construction teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

  • Experience operating as an M&E Package Manager / Building Services Manager / MEP Manager / Senior Project Engineer within major projects
  • Strong Mechanical & Electrical background delivering large-scale commercial, data centre, healthcare, mixed-use or infrastructure projects
  • Experience managing M&E subcontractors and package delivery activities
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, installation methodologies and commissioning processes
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across design and construction phases
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills
  • Relevant Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services qualifications preferred
