Fusion People are looking for a motivated and people-focused Delivery Consultant to join our Bristol office. Working closely with the Lead Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates within the infrastructure sector, with a strong emphasis on the railway industry.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively calling, screening, and registering applicants
- Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates through the process
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Monitoring timesheets and ensuring accurate weekly submissions
- Liaising with candidates regarding training and compliance requirements
- Providing general administrative support to keep everything running smoothly
