Lifecycle Technical Manager – PFI Schools – Birmingham – £50 – £60k A Lifecycle Technical Manager is required by an FM company to work across two schools contracts in Birmingham. One is PPP2 and the other is a BSF contract. The FM company don't hold the lifecycle fund on the PPP2 but they do on the BSF. With approximately 12 years left on the contract, a strategic overview of the condition based planning and replacement lifecycle programme is required, so someone with a proactive approach is needed to forward plan and schedule in works for the upcoming years. With approximately £1m a year available for lifecycle works, you will be responsible for works including Air Conditioning upgrades, LED lighting replacements, kitchen upgrades and plant room upgrades. You will have a strong technical background with a thorough knowledge of asset management, lifecycle replacement works and knowledge of PFI.
