You will have:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Extensive experience in substation layouts and Extra High Voltage systems
- HV Primary Plant Design for AIS or GIS substations at 132kV, 275kV or 400kV
You will be performing:
- Single Line Diagrams Layouts
- Earthing Short-Circuit (SC) Force Calculations
- Mechanical Integrity Calculations
You will have:
- Familiarity with power system analysis tools (such as ETAP, DIgSILENT, Siemens PSSE, SKM Power*Tools, or Eaton CYME)
- Previous National Grid experience or Principal Contractor Tier 1 experience
Would suit an Electrical Designer, Design Coordinator, Lead Electrical Engineer, HV Plant Engineer or a Senior Protection & Control Engineer.
