HR Business Partner Location: Cornwall Salary: Β£27,000 – Β£31,000 (depending on experience) Contract: 6 month, (Fixed-Term) Start date: ASAP We are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a large and complex organisation in Cornwall on a fixed-term basis. This role will play a key part in supporting organisational change and workforce development during a period of transformation. The Role: Partner with senior leaders to deliver workforce planning, organisational development and people priorities. Provide expert advice on employment law, HR policies, and people management to inform business decisions. Lead on HR interventions and workforce solutions to support service transformation. Coach and influence senior managers to embed best practice in leadership and employee engagement. Contribute to the delivery of exceptional services through effective people management and workforce planning. About You: Experienced HR professional with a track record in business partnering. Strong knowledge of employment law and organisational change. Confident in coaching and influencing senior leaders. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
