Job Description
Hard Services Manager – Student Accommodation – Brighton – £50k.
You will be responsible for the hard services delivery at an 800 bedroom / 208 kitchen student accommodation building in Brighton. Electrical maintenance is carried out by one direct report with mechanical maintenance picked up a mobile team and the rest is picked up by subcontractors.
You will take full responsibility for hard services compliance, including managing and auditing subcontractors as well as reactive and planned maintenance. Approximately 1800 fire doors on site.
This PFI contract is 4 years old with 46 years left to run.
