About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and cost aspects of large MEP projects or major work packages. This role is critical in ensuring financial control, risk management, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, and change control processes.
- Assess subcontractor applications and variations.
- Support procurement activities and contract administration.
- Provide financial reporting and forecasting to the Commercial Manager.
- Manage risk and lead value engineering exercises.
- Mentor and support junior QS team members.
About You
You are a commercially focused MEP professional with strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices. You have proven experience managing complex projects, excellent analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to guide and develop junior team members.
