About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Estimating Lead to oversee the preparation and submission of MEP tenders, ensuring accurate costings, robust commercial risk assessment, and the delivery of competitive bid submissions. This role plays a key part in driving commercial success across mechanical, electrical, and public health disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the estimating team across mechanical, electrical, and public health disciplines.
- Manage tender review, risk analysis, and approval processes.
- Develop detailed cost estimates, including labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor inputs.
- Oversee take-offs, value engineering, and overall bid strategy.
- Liaise with design, procurement, and delivery teams to validate costs and ensure technical alignment.
- Present final tender submissions and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain and develop historical cost databases and benchmarking data for future pricing accuracy.
About You
