Job Description
FM Estates Account Manager – Old Kent Road – £65k + £5200 Allowance or car.
Our client has been awarded a prestigious contract to deliver a state-of-the-art, low-carbon student accommodation project for a well-known London University. This role is a unique chance to be part of an innovative, high-impact project that blends cutting-edge energy efficiency, digital technologies, and sustainable design. Following the successful construction of 676 new low-carbon student rooms and additional facilities, you'll play a key role in managing the facility.
For this first time outsourced, 50 year TFM PFI contract you will manage engineering maintenance, security, cleaning and waste with a P&L of around £1.2m. Due to open at the end of May, any prior experience of contract mobilisation would be useful but not essential.
