Role: Finance Business Partner

Location: Avonmouth

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

Joining a dynamic and fast-paced organisation, you will report to the Finance Manager and provide financial support and guidance to senior stakeholders across the business.

You will be a proactive and enthusiastic individual, working within a busy and collaborative Finance team.

This role supports a key income stream across UK and US operations, ensuring financial performance is well understood and optimised.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading financial reviews and forecasting with operational teams
  2. Preparing budgets, reforecasts, and balance sheet reconciliations
  3. Providing regular financial analysis to key stakeholders
  4. Supporting system improvements and ERP maintenance
  5. Contributing to process development and financial controls
  6. Assisting with audits and business-wide projects

Skills/Qualifications:

  1. Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong experience in month-end accounts, budgeting, and business analysis.
  2. Strong IT skills, advanced Excel.
  3. Knowledge of Power Query, SQL, or BI tools would be a plus.
  4. The ability to communicate financial insights.
  5. A proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability to changing business needs are key.

Regular travel to UK sites and occasional travel to the US will be required.
