The Role
You will be responsible for managing insurance reinstatement and repair projects from survey through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out property surveys and preparing scopes of work
- Managing repair and reinstatement projects
- Scheduling works and coordinating trades
- Liaising with clients, insurers, contractors, and suppliers
- Updating client portals and job management systems
- Monitoring progress, quality, and costs
Requirements
- Experience in insurance reinstatement preferred but not essential
