I am looking for an experienced surveyor.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing insurance reinstatement and repair projects from survey through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out property surveys and preparing scopes of work
  • Managing repair and reinstatement projects
  • Scheduling works and coordinating trades
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Updating client portals and job management systems
  • Monitoring progress, quality, and costs

Requirements

  • Experience in insurance reinstatement preferred but not essential
  • Background in construction, surveying, repairs, or contracts management
  • Good organisational and communication skills

  • Full UK driving licence
