This is a hybrid role (depending on the candidate's location), requiring UK-wide travel and periodic attendance at their head office in Shrewsbury.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of Commercial Energy Performance Certificates using IES dynamic simulation modelling software.
- Supporting the delivery of energy audits to BS EN 16247.
- Work with the team to develop real building lifecycle and upgrade strategies contributing to improved energy performance.
- Delivery of energy efficiency to clients to reduce operational costs and improve building asset ratings.
- Strategic and tactical input to the development of new products and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of building services.
- CIBSE accreditation as an Energy Performance Certificate Assessor (to Level 5).
- Highly articulate and numerate.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and drive within complex and agile team structures.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations for a diverse range of audiences.
- A self-start approach, with the capability of planning one's own workload (recognising deadlines) and communicating effectively.
