The Role:
- Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the electrical team and ensure the smooth delivery of electrical fit-out and assembly work on commercial trailers and associated products.
- This is a hands-on supervisory role within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the electrical installation team on a daily basis.
- Oversee wiring, fitting, and testing of electrical systems on trailers.
- Ensure all work is completed to required specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Allocate workload and support production planning where required.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across the department.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Assist with fault finding and technical problem solving.
