About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in delivering business and digital transformation initiatives.
This position will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape solutions that deliver measurable value.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently, managing stakeholder relationships at all levels, and supporting the growth of the wider business analysis community through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will
- Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Elicit, analyse, challenge and validate business and user requirements.

- Non-functional requirements
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate requirements prioritisation and support decision-making processes.
- Analyse business problems, identify root causes, and evaluate solution options.
- Develop recommendations that balance feasibility, benefits, risks and business impact.
- Process Analysis & Improvement
- Analyse and evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and support the implementation of process improvements.
- Validate business process changes through testing and stakeholder feedback.
- Create process maps, workflows and business models to support stakeholder understanding and organisational change.
- Systems Analysis
- Identify and analyse existing and future system functionality.
- Produce system and data models and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify gaps in functionality, data flows and user experience.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Communicate complex information clearly and adapt communication styles to suit different audiences.
- Facilitate workshops, discussions and consensus-building activities.
- Use evidence and analysis to support recommendations and decisions.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Support testing activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Develop business scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Review test plans, prototypes and test outcome reports to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- User-Centred Analysis
- Apply user-centred analysis techniques to understand user needs and experiences.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, accessible format.
- Use data and user research insights to support informed decision making.
- Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Work within agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
- Adapt analysis approaches to maximise value delivery.
- Contribute to the development of business analysis best practice and mentor less experienced colleagues.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in complex business or technology environments.
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Experience selecting and applying appropriate business analysis and business modelling techniques.
- Ability to create a wide range of models, diagrams and documentation to support analysis and decision making.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience conducting business process analysis and improvement activities.
- Knowledge of requirements elicitation, documentation and traceability practices.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing competing priorities.
- Understanding of systems analysis, system modelling and data modelling concepts.
- Experience supporting testing activities and defining acceptance criteria.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary delivery teams.
