Fusion People are seeking an experienced Electrician / Harness Builder to join a rail/automotive–focused team in Barton Under Needwood. The role entails hands-on fabrication of electrical harnesses, repair work, and documentation, with a 6 month minimum contract and shifts from 7am–4pm Monday to Thursday, 7am–1pm Friday.
Own transport recommended due to location. You will work to ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), maintain safety, inspect equipment, order parts, and mentor trainees as needed
