Job Description
Building Fabric Engineer – Exeter – Temp until end of July – £18 PAYE, £23 Umbrella.
Hands-on working fabric technician with a good understanding of general building services and estate management. Building furniture, moving furniture. Carry out all moves and changes that the client require.
Undertake a full range of general maintenance tasks, not limiting to minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, ensuring service levels are met and to maintain the fabric of the building is at a high standard Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared prior to any works starting.
Good communication etiquette, a Team player, able to multitask and prioritise workload. Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service with a calm manner and able to work under pressure and make sound decisions when needed.
Physically fit and able to carry tools and components by hand up to 20kg Able to work at heights and obtain full Security Clearance
