The predicted salary is between 46200 - 63800 £ per year.
You will be responsible for the Building, Fabric and Civil Maintenance on a large PFI healthcare site in Birmingham.
You will manage a team of Assistant Engineering Managers, Supervisors and Engineers to manage all reactive and planned maintenance which will include all internal and external building fabric work; flat roofs, ceiling tiles, windows, doors, plastering, painting, fire doors etc.
You will become trained as an Authorised Person and/or responsible person for confined spaces, working from heights and take on additional duties as required.
Where required, provide support to the out of hours on call service.
Ideally you will have worked in a healthcare environment before but anyone with a strong commercial building fabric maintenance background will be considered.
