Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical and corporate governance across multiple services
- Ensure compliance with CQC, regulatory, and internal standards
- Manage audits, incidents, complaints, risks, and patient feedback
- Produce governance reports using systems such as InPhase
- Chair Clinical Governance meetings and attend Duty of Candour meetings
- Lead investigations into patient and staff clinical incidents
- Drive continuous improvement through data, learning, and audit outcomes
About You
- Experience in governance, compliance, quality, or patient safety within healthcare
- Strong knowledge of CQC and UK regulatory frameworks
- Confident managing audits, investigations, and reporting
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders
- Degree or equivalent experience (desirable)
