Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: Bristol Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE Job Summary: Fusion People are seeking an experienced and proactive Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance and facilities management services across a dedicated client portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reactive, quoted, and planned works, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for your assigned client, you will build strong working relationships, coordinate labour and subcontractors, conduct site surveys, prepare quotations, and ensure all contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and material procurement for reactive, quoted, and planned maintenance works - Act as the day-to-day liaison between clients, the help desk team, and operational staff to ensure the efficient delivery of services - Conduct site surveys for both prospective and completed works, identifying client requirements and project scope - Prepare and submit accurate, competitive, and profitable quotations for remedial and additional works - Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, industry regulations, and agreed SLAs - Attend client meetings to provide updates on project progress, discuss reactive works, and review costs and performance - Investigate and resolve client queries or complaints promptly and professionally - Develop and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules across multiple sites, ensuring all services are completed within agreed time frames - Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation and compliance paperwork is up to date - Produce operational reports and updates as required by senior management - Participate in the out-of-hours Contracts Manager on-call rota - Undertake any additional duties required by management to support business objectives Skills & Experience - Previous experience within the Facilities Management (FM) sector or a related industry - Strong understanding of maintenance operations, service delivery, and contract management - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook - Experience producing professional quotations, cost estimates, and reports - Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines - Commercial awareness with the ability to balance competitive pricing and profitability - Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider team Desirable - Experience managing multiple sites and client contracts - Knowledge of compliance requirements and service level agreement management - Proven ability to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality If you're interested in this contracts manager role in Bristol then please apply via the advert and call Aaron on (phone number removed). --- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
