Fusion People are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP to join a major refurbishment and construction programme in Bracknell.
You will lead commercial management of MEP works, ensuring cost control, contract compliance and value delivery on a live project.
Working with a skilled project team, you will prepare CVRs, cost-to-complete forecasts, manage cash flow and subcontract accounts, and maintain strong client and supply-chain relationships across the project lifecycle.
