Lead Design Engineer (Signalling) Rail Client Contract duration - initially until 26/02/2027 with potential extensions Location - Birmingham IR35 - outside Rate - £500 - £550 per day Requirements: Engineering Degree/HND/HNC qualification IRSE Signalling Principles Designer and Signalling Design Verifier Licence Strong and effective communication and presentation skills Experience in all aspects of design and implementation of Signalling Systems Engineering with focus on preparation and checking of design plans and working details Competent in Scheme Plans, LAP, Specifications, SSI Wiring, Fringe Designs and Checking. SSI (Westlock) data & Control tables Design/Checking experience will be desirable WTS- Westlock trackside system technology knowledge will be advantage.
